Ammo Designs Pty Ltd uses Paypal, a safe and easy way to pay for your online purchases. Proceed to check out for an easy and safe transaction.

In your email please include: size, colour, quantity, name of clothing style and your phone number. Please also include "CUSTOMER ORDER" in the subject heading.
Do not include your credit card details in the email. We will call you within 24 hours to get your credit card details and finalise your purchase.

We want you to love what you have purchased!
Exchanges
If you have purchased the wrong size and would like to exchange it for another size:
· Please contact us within 7 days from the date of purchase, and we will email you instructions on returning the clothing.
· Once the product is received, with tags still attached, and has undergone a quality control check to ensure the product has not been damaged or worn; the new size will be dispatched.
· Please note we will send the item free of additional delivery charge but return postage to us is at your cost.
If you receive a faulty piece of clothing please notify Ammo immediately and the item will be replaced with all delivery at our expense.
Refunds
If you would like to return your purchase:
· Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your purchase to notify us you will be returning the item.
· You will then receive an email containing instructions on returning the clothing.
· The item must be sent back within 10 days to be eligible for a refund.
· Once the product is received, with tags still attached, and has undergone a quality control check to ensure the product has not been worn; the purchasing amount will be credited to the purchaser's credit card less postage cost.
· Refunds will be made within 7 days of the returned item being received.
We strongly advise customers to thoroughly check the clothing, and prior to removing swing tags, try it on when it is received to ensure you are satisfied with the product.
Refunds and exchanges will not be permitted if no contact has been made after 7 days from the date of purchase.
· Postage and handling
To get your new Ammo purchase to you as soon as possible, we choose to use Australia Post for all phone, email and online orders within Australia.
You can expect your purchase within 5 working days with Regular, Express or Registered Post depending on your item and location.
Delivery is CURRENTLY FREE of charge for Australian buyers on Current AW11 full price items. SALE items are charged at a flat $6 rate and will be sent regular mail.
International Buyers need to contact us for a quote.
